How hiring works

  1. Pick your dates and you see what is genuinely free. This reads the real fleet — a car that is out is not offered to you, and one that comes back early appears the day it does.

  2. Half the hire holds it. That money is not a fee; it comes off your total. The balance is due at the counter.

  3. Send your licence and ID from your phone, if you like. Entirely optional, and it is the difference between a twenty-minute collection and a two-minute one. You bring the originals either way.

  4. Collect. We walk round the car with you, note the fuel and the odometer, both of us sign, and you go.

Every hire starts and ends here, in the city centre. There is no airport desk and no second branch — if somebody tells you otherwise, it is not us.

What you need to collect a vehicle

Have these ready — we cannot release a car without them.

A valid driver's licence. It must not be expired on the day you collect.
Your national ID or passport. The same person named on the booking.
The balance of the rental. The deposit holds the car; the rest is due before the keys change hands.
A refundable security deposit of USD 200. Held against damage, fines, missing fuel or a late return, and given back in full when the vehicle comes back as it left. This is separate from the deposit you pay online.
Upload your documents before you arrive and collection takes a couple of minutes instead of twenty. We will send you a link once your booking is confirmed.
